My name is Brandon Mc Namee and I am the Founder of Power Tap Power Systems LTD .

The goal with our system the Tap-10 was to provide a high quality DC power distribution system to the aftermarket. Now you might be asking yourself, what is the Tap-10? What is a power distribution system? What are you even talking about? Well, let me explain.

A power distribution system is often used in automotive, marine, and similar applications when accessories or equipment have been added. These power distribution systems usually make for a cleaner and safer working environment not only for our customer, but also for the vehicle and its newly added accessories or equipment.
Typically, we find a great portion of our customers are very concerned with the quality of the accessories or equipment that they are putting on their vehicle, but that is where it ends for most. There is not a ton of thought of how your going to power it all.

Now, we are not the only company on the market providing a aftermarket solution, but we are the only Canadian solution that provides reliability & ease of use for our customers over everything. We only use the highest quality components in our systems to ensure confidence when using our system. Weeks of time have gone into perfecting this system to bring it to fruition.

The Tap-10 is our answer to problems we have found in the market place.

We offer a completely air-tight system that will stay that way even when mounted upside down. It offers 10, 30 amp channels to allow our customers to use our system for pretty much everything. Each channel is also capable of handling as many accessories as the amperage allows. Channels can even be doubled to create 5 single 60 amp channels. Our single communication cable is what enables our system to be so easy to set up. Our switch panel is rugged enough to withstand a beating in the toughest environments. Our systems enclosure is just as tough, being able to withstand being run over (yes, we ran it over to test it) and it can withstand temperatures from -40 to +130 *c.

In the end, our goal was to provide our customers with something Canadian made, that they can feel confident using. We chose  to make it as universal as possible to provide something easy to set up, and easy to integrate while also providing reliability.

If you have any questions about the system, or what we do, please do not hesitate to contact us! And thanks for reading! We hope to see you on the trails!
